The farm includes different buildings:

- An apartment at the ground floor with a country style sitting room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, TV set, fire-place, terrace accessible also to handicapped people.
- An apartment with sitting room, kitchen, TV set, fire-place, two bedrooms, one bathroom.
- A mini-apartment with kitchen, bedroom, TV set, bathroom and terrace.
- Two apartment in a two storied rural house which dates back to the end of the nineteenth century. In each apartment there are two bedrooms, kitchen with fire-place, bathroom, terrace, and garden.
- A rural house with bedroom, kitchen, TV set, fire-place, bathroom, terrace and garden.

In the farm there is a swimming pool with solarium, a children's playground, gym equipment, mountain bikes, and it is possible to attend archery and table tennis lessons.
