The agriturismo

An elegant farmhouse recently renovated, tastefully furnished and cared for with great attention to every little detail, immersed in the nature of the beautiful Valnerina in the green heart of Italy:Umbria.

It has apartments for 2 to 4 people, swimming pool, a beautiful solarium and terrace from where you can enjoy the fantastic panorama of the Umbrian hills.

The accommodation

In the structure there are apartments from 2 to 4 beds, furnished and finished in every detail, they preserve the charm and warmth of the typical houses of this area, with a wonderful view of the Umbrian hills and the Valnerina.

Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, television, refrigerator and heating.

Some have a kitchen and dining area(to be requested at the time of booking).

Bed linen is changed every 3 days, in addition to the day of arrival.

A fully handicapped-compliant apartment is available.

Guests can lie in the sun on thelarge solarium with panoramic pool, sit outside enjoying a pleasant aperitif , or take walks on the many nearby trails , perhaps to visit theancient spring nearby.

Tenuta dei Fiori is located in the beautiful Valnerina, a land of natural wonders and artistic treasures, where the Marmore Falls stands imposing like a queen overlooking the valley. This natural wonder, located in the municipality of Terni, is the highest waterfall in Europe, with a height of more than 165 meters, and is a must-see destination for nature and adventure lovers.

The Marmore Falls is a true spectacle of nature, where the crystal-clear waters of the Velino River cascade in a series of waterfalls, creating a breathtaking scenic effect. The sound of the water crashing against the rocks and the cool breeze off the falls create a unique atmosphere, ideal for a romantic stroll or afamily outing.

But the Marmore Falls is not the only wonder of the Valnerina. Here you can discover an area rich in medieval villages, castles, abbeys and sanctuaries, all immersed in an unspoiled and lush nature.

The Nera River Park is aprotected natural area that stretches for about 28 kilometers along the Nera River, north of Terni. The park is an ideal destination for lovers of nature and outdoor activities. Here you can hike or bike, go birdwatching, kayak or canoe on the river, and even take a swim in the cool waters of the Nera.
