The farmhouse is comfortable and well finished.

Particularly suitable for families with children and groups of young people, it is surrounded by nature a few steps from the beautiful scenery of the Millecampi Valley, a Unesco heritage site, and is about 15 km from the beautiful beach of Sottomarina. Venice and Padua are also nearby.

Outside a large garden with a swimming pool, sauna and relaxation area. Guests have an outdoor fireplace for barbecuing and a porch for dining outside on summer evenings.

The entire property is fenced, an ideal place also for families with children who will find games and swings.

The facility consists of 2 independent portions, suitable for 7 and 5 guests respectively.

Casa Sofia is located on the second floor and can accommodate 5 guests. As soon as you enter the house, you will find a beautiful bright room consisting of living room and kitchen all attic with exposed beams. Adjacent are two double bedrooms and another bedroom with a single bed and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, from fridge to dishwasher, microwave, oven, dishes, cutlery, glasses, tablecloths and everything you need for a great stay and independence.

Casa Marina is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 7 people. It consists of a large entrance hall with living room, sofa, table and fireplace, kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots and pans and everything you need. Two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with single beds and two bathrooms. The environment is very bright, cozy and comfortable.

At guests' disposal is a "little corner," to taste the farm's products, a large and charming porch with a table for 7 people and an outdoor fireplace, a lovely garden equipped with deck chairs and swing. Swimming pool and sauna complete the offer.

The farm has an area dedicated to good food to eat as a snack bar the typical products of the area, asparagus, chioggiotto radicchio, pickles, jams and the delicious homemade cakes. In summer you can eat outside in the barchessa adjacent to the farmhouse. An excellent offer is given by the always local wine list, from prosecco to merlot, cabernet, raboso and many other excellent labels.

Breakfast is served in the dedicated room. Typical products will always be offered, from delicious homemade jams to the more classic brioche. Coffee or centrifuges always available to guests.

For the safety of children and pets, the house is completely fenced and gated.

A few parking spaces are also available.

The farm offers a vacation of comfort, relaxation, nature and culture.

On the farm, you can relax by the pool, tan on the deck chairs in the garden, rejuvenate in the sauna or simply sit on the lawn and watch the sunset.

For the more sporty, you can stroll to the Cason delle Sacche Lagoon and perhaps take a canoe ride, go kitesurfing at the nearby nature beach of the boschettona, or even organize bike rides through the Millecampi Valley.

A boat rental with driver is offered to visit Chioggia and Venice in total serenity, reaching unique places with the possibility of sunset aperitif in the lagoon. In addition, guests can request the attached photo shoot, where a professional photographer will capture the whole day and take special photos of you with water and color effects

In a short time you can also reach Padua and Venice, which are rich in history and culture.

And if no one feels like cooking on the way back, there are numerous renovated seafood restaurants in the immediate surroundings of the farmhouse.
