The farmhouse, located in a beautiful farmhouse, enjoys a relaxing view in an unspoiled natural oasis, within anenvironmentally sustainable farm with 150 ha of crops and woods for birdwatchers.

Every morning, a hearty breakfast with fresh cereal bread, sandwiches with cooked, raw hams and cheeses, homemade jams, fresh white yogurt accompanied by the farm's elderberry syrup, or with cereals, muesli, cornflakes; tea, coffee, milk, juices, fresh fruit, cookies tarts and homemade cakes different every day, and again, soft-boiled, boiled, scrambled, fried, eggs with bacon.

The farm provides free bikes,Nordic walking rackets,fishing rods and beach umbrellas for guests.

The farmhouse, exclusive for adults only, offers accommodation in 2 apartments and 2 double rooms elegantly furnished with taste and style: the original furnishings of period designers will make you experience a stay out of time, where every detail surprises and is familiar at the same time. Each room is named after the decade to which it is dedicated: the Anni '20s Room, the Anni ' 50s Junior Suite, the Anni ' 30s Loft, and the Anni '40s Suite.

The Anni '30s Loft is a 75-square-meter open space apartment that has a living room and a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette.

The Anni '40s Suite is a 54sqm apartment consisting of a kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette and living area with sofa and TV, bedroom with double bed, and bathroom with shower stall.

The accommodations have only double beds, large bathrooms with glass shower stalls, natural wood floors, and original early 20th century picture furniture and lighting: lovers of Italian art and design will find continuous displays of period furnishings as in an art gallery. Some rooms are equipped with beautiful embroidered linens from old family trousseaux.

Free in every room: safe, TV, minibar with free drinks, Wi-Fi, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Children are accepted from 14 years old, pets not allowed. Accommodations have double bed (not double), and third and fourth bed availability is not possible.

The park and garden surrounding the farmhouse offer privacy and relaxation to guests who wish to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the countryside. The park is set up with deckchairs and hammocks in the shade of the trees or near the pond or next to the farmyard: a contact with a domestic nature made of lawns like carpets and a courtyard where you can forget the worries of everyday life, watching roosters, geese, turkeys, chickens living together cheerfully animating the large outdoor spaces.Relaxation areas with small tables also to be able to have a coffee, aperitif or a romantic dinner in the moonlight, accompanied by the concert of crickets outdoors.

In addition to breakfast, the 115-square-meter living room is ideal for relaxation, reading, meetings, and workshops: the romantic Jugendstil-style fireplace is always lit during winter, and from the French doors you can admire the deer in the surrounding park. The various lounges and J.Hoffman's study also allow this room to be used as a work area for those who need space and privacy for some smart-working engagements while on vacation.

More than 80 km of nature trails to be discovered by bike, on foot or on horseback (thanks to nearby stables), guests can reach Portogruaro, Concordia, Aquileia, the Villa Manin, Venice and Trieste, a golf course, places for water sports, fishing, bathing (the nature oasis of Valle Vecchia in Brussa, the beaches of Bibione, Lignano, Grado and Caorle, ) and the Bibione spa.

Beautiful lagoon and river cruises leading to the discovery of amazing places owned by UNESCO. For all guests a cooled backpack each day with snacks from the house that can be consumed during the day at the beach. A variety of restaurants nearby offer alternatives for any taste and desire.
