Agriturismo Pra d'Arca

Immersed in the green Venetian countryside, the Pra'd'Arca farm has a recently renovated farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s and a residence with various accommodation solutions (apartments andsmall houses with two or three rooms, double rooms with bathroom) and an outdoor swimming pool.

All this surrounded by a small wood of oaks, ash trees, hawthorns and field maples, cultivated fields and fenced areas for the breeding of animals of low court such as geese, ducks, hens, guinea fowl, as well as rabbits, goats, pigs and sheep.

The farmhouse is in an ideal position to reach the city of Venice and the beaches of Caorle, Jesolo and Eraclea. Other interesting places in the surroundings are Portogruaro and Concordia Sagittaria.

The residence La Fattoria del Tempo e del Gioco has double rooms with private bathroom and one and two room apartments. Small houses with two or three rooms are also available.

All apartments, new and furnished, are equipped with double room, kitchen or kitchenette equipped (with refrigerator, dishes, table and chairs, etc..), bathroom, television and air conditioning. Possibility of adding 1 or 2 beds at € 5,00 per night each. The apartments are designed both for short stays and for longer stays, for which we offer particularly convenient prices.

Children are welcome in our farmhouse: at their disposal there is a playground in the park and they can also take part in the activities of our "Ludofattoria L'Oca Pazza" (from Monday to Friday, all day during the summer, only in the afternoon during the school year; also on weekends for the workshops scheduled in the calendar of activities).

The agritourism is immersed in the tranquillity of Eastern Venice, a predominantly agricultural area just a few kilometres from the Adriatic coast, which preserves an archaeological, artistic and natural heritage of particular interest in the historic centres of its towns and small rural villages. Thanks to its 'peripheral' position, the territory has only recently been touched by the extensive industrial development that has affected the rest of the Veneto region, and has thus been able to preserve to a large extent its original rural structure. Cycling along the secondary roads it is still possible to recognise the ancient forms of the countryside, with the watercourses and rows of trees marking the boundaries between the fields, on which stand beautiful stately villas and old farmhouses, a reminder of the Great Reclamation that marked all this territory between the land and the sea.

Most of the places of interest in the surrounding area can be reached in a short time even by public transport (train and bus). Don't miss: the wonders of Venice and its lagoon, the fishermen's village of Caorle and the beach of Brussa, in the natural oasis of Valle Vecchia, the sandy beaches of Jesolo and Eraclea , the medieval centre and the taverns of Treviso, the porticoed streets of Portogruaro, the archaeological remains of Concordia Sagittaria and Altino .

For the youngest we have created the "LudofattoriaL'Oca Pazza": the activities take place from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon during the summer, only in the afternoon during the school year. We also organize workshops lasting 1-2 days at the weekend, according to the seasonal calendar of activities.
