You have the option of the exclusive use of the pool (by request at the time of booking and payment in cash on arrival). This costs € 150 per week and is available only in high and highest season.

Payment: deposit at booking time: 40% of the total amount; settlement: one month before your arrival. Both of them payable by a banking transfer and exclusive of banking costs.
Booking cancellation policy: compensation for Casale il Picchio in case of cancellation of a booking by the customer: in high adn highest seasin: up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit amount; - from 30 to 15 days before: 60% of the fee (in this case will be reimbursed 40%); - 15 days before: the entire amount of the reservation; in any case, these shares will be withheld only if we can not re-rent the house (and if we can, just for the price difference) and the deposit amount can be used for a next stay in low or middle season. In low and mid season will be retained only the amount of the deposit and will be held in place for a next stay of low or mid season.
