The farmhouse is located among lake, sea, green hills and ancient chestnut woods.
It stands on a hill surrounded by 22 hectares of olive-groves and fruit trees overlooking the lake of Bracciano. Officinal plants and vegetables are cultivated in the garden, while sheep and poultry are the farm animals.
The farmhouse has 2 double rooms, 1 two-beds room and 2 suites with panoramic balconies or private terrace with a view of the lake (all with private bathroom equipped with shower or bath tub).
The rooms are furnished with care, in the simple country style, all equipped with air conditioning and tv set.
