Check in: on Saturday, directly to the reserved apartment between 3.00 PM and 7.00 PM.
Check out: next Saturday by 10.00 AM. Please inform the owner, if arrivals and departures take place at different hours. The weekly rent for the apartments is effective from Saturday (with the check-in at 4 p.m.) to the next Saturday (with the check out at 10 a.m.). The apartment is paid independently of the number of people who occupy them.
Other Services: included in the price arethe electricity, water, every week the linen will be changed (sheets and towels), final cleaning, use of the outdoor pool, of the garden, of the wooden gazebos, the woods right around the resort, the barbecue and the oven with firewood.
Extra Services: the price of the heating is not inclusive. If required, it must be paid apart, equal to € 1,00 / liter of consumed gas. The consumption of the firewood for the fireplace is not included in the price and it will be esteemed apart according to the consumption.
Cancellation:in case of cancellation the guest must pay the following amounts: 20% of the total amount if 30 days prior to arrival; 30% of the total amount if 29 to 21 days prior to arrival; 50% of the total amount if 20 to 11 days prior to arrival; 75% of the total amount if 10 to 02 days prior to arrival; 100% in the case of non-arrivals. These amounts should be paid also by those who are not able to make the trip due to the lack of personal and travel documents. No refund is foreseen for those who suspend the ongoing journey.
Security deposit: Euro 150,00 per apartment to be paid upon arrival and reimbursed at the time of departure.
Animals: not allowed.
