Sirignano Wine Resort is a contemporary project that goes to the very roots of the history of the Family Marquis de Gregorio. In the Sirignano district at the far south of Monreale DOC in the heart of Alcamo DOC since the 1730s this family has been cultivating olive trees with the utmost respect for mother nature's own rhythms.
Recent restoration works gave new life to a place in which nature, cultural traditions and wellbeing come together to offer our guests an experience captivating all the senses. From this region of unspoilt natural beauty arises the ancient Baglio, which plays host to the cantina of the Marchesi de Gregorio, one of the best expressions of biological wine culture in Sicily.

The structure composed of 10 free flats made from the old farmhouse next to the Baglio offers: 110 seats-restaurant; a club house; a farm products selling point; one wine and agricolture Museum; hospitality and pleasant relaxing week-end for amateurs of oeno-tourism that want to take a trip to the discovery of eno-gastronomic tradition.
