Booking conditions: 30% deposit of the stay is required .
Cancellation conditions: 0 tolerance.
Children: 4 years and up pay reduced rate, under 4 years the overnight stay is free but breakfast and linen are charged extra .
To have half board service, the facility must be contacted to make sure the restaurant is OPEN; In case of intolerances-allergies or food preferences and under 12 years of age, the facility does NOT offer HALF BOARD.
The restaurant absolutely DOES NOT OFFER GLUTEN FREE food.
The restaurant DOES NOT OFFER FISH MENU.
Conditions for staying with pets.
- For the stay of 4-legged friends are calculated extra € 25.00 unatantum for stays of less than 7 nights and € 50.00 from 7 nights and up - Upon arrival the owner must be provided with booklet and insurance that must be anticipated at the time of booking along with the form that confirms it. On departure the room will be checked by the cleaners; if they find that the rules below have not been followed, the deposit will be retained.
- Dogs must NOT be left alone in the accommodation if their owners are not in the facility.
- They may NOT sleep on the beds (when leaving the room, a check will be made by the staff in charge)
- They must NOT use the linens given for the dogs.
- They have access to all common areas except the swimming pool where they are allowed only in ecccezionale cases and if their presence nonn annoys other guests.
- They cannot be let loose in the garden unless under strict control of their owners.
- Needs should be collected and gotati in the bins next to the entrance gate; not in the bathrooms or under the porches.
