Le Due Torri

The agriturismo is formed by 6 farm-houses and two of the 6 stone farm-houses included in the property, dating back to the 18th century and once inhabited by share-cropper families, have been restructured to accommodate clients ( they are called Torre Quadrano and Ponte Pazienza), while the others are still used for farm activities, including a stable for cattle of the ancient and prized Chianina breed.

Torre Quadrano is situated at the foot of the austere medieval tower of Quadrano (which surveyed and defended the borders of the town of Spello). It has four rooms with private bathrooms, one double-room apartment with kitchen, a common room with television and table-tennis, a warm and spacious dining room, a large garden with a children's playground and a pond, pool, barbecue and a shaded porch. The accommodation in Torre Quadrano are apartment, “Il Fienile” (36 + 18 m²) taken from the old straw house, completely independent from the other lodgings, with a matrimonial bedroom, a double sofa-bed and a kitchen corner, bathroom with shower. Private porch and garden.
Room “Il Portico” (30 m²), it is on the ground floor (near the large entrance veranda and restaurant), with a matrimonial bedroom, a single room and a bathroom with shower. For disabled guests, has a nice private terrace in front o the living room.
Room “La Torre” (35 m²), it is on the first floor with matrimonial bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, facing Assisi.
“Il Pioppo” (27 m²) and “La Vigna” (28 m²), with magnificent furniture from the owner's grandparents and nice views of the countryside. Both of the two rooms have a matrimonial bed and a single. The room “Il Pioppo” has a bathroom with a shower, the room “La Vigna” has a large bathroom with a bath.

Ponte Pazienza, the smaller house, and the first inaugurated (1995) for agritourism, is found two kilometres from Torre Quadrano and has five apartments with private bathrooms, three double-room and two one-room apartments, a common room with a kitchen and a fireplace, an ample garden with barbeque, swimming pool, a playground for children, and a shaded porch.
The accommodation in Ponte Pazienza are: on the ground floor there is “Il Girasole”, apartment without architectural barriers (70 sqm), with a matrimonial bedroom with liberty style furnishings, a living room livened by an ancient arch which led to the stable, equipped with double sofa-beds and a kitchen corner, bathroom with shower. The veranda, accessible both from the apartment and from the garden, is paved with hand made bricks, warmed by the old oak beams of the ceiling, furnished with tables, benches and chairs for open air dinners and parties.
Apartment: “Il Gelso”, (30 sqm), with matrimonial bedroom and a little kitchen corner, bathroom with shower and private terrace in front of the entrance.
On the first floor there is apartment “Il Salice” (45 sqm), with a matrimonial bedroom featuring elegant furnishings from the early 19th century, living room with traditional farm furnishings from the 19th century, a double sofa-bed and a kitchen corner, bathroom with shower. Magnificent views of Spello and Mount Subasio.
Apartment “La Mimosa” (30 sqm), one double bedroom with a wrought iron matrimonial bed from the early 19th century and a kitchen corner), bathroom with shower. Ceiling with oak beams and “pianelle”, lovely view of the countryside.
Apartment “Il Frumento” (36 sqm), two adjoining rooms, one matrimonial with furnishings from the early 20th century and one with a single bed and a kitchen corner, ceiling with oak beams and “pianelle”, bathroom with shower, view of Mount Subasio and Assisi. Ideal for families.
