For the rest ... we have been working for many years with professionalism and passion and normally our guests are always enthusiastic. We are sorry that the cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to your expectations: we were deeply impressed by your words, all the more so since in this period all the accommodation undergoes total sanitization (we have to certify it, so we have documents to prove it, it is not only our word...). How can there be so much dirt if all the accommodation is literally overturned?
The cleaning lady came two days after the request, it's true: unfortunately following the regulations to the letter, the staff is always very busy with the sanitation of all surfaces; since the daily cleaning of the apartment was not foreseen, this commitment was not foreseen. However, we found the time (and without charging you for it at the end of the holiday, as it would have been expected).
In conclusion, despite the many difficulties of this year we are doing our best: the well-being and safety of guests always come first, but there are cases where even all our passion is not enough.
