The agriturismo

Located in the municipality of Rocca S. Giovanni, one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy", the farmhouse is immersed in the green hills between the Majella and the Adriatic Sea. The special location offers guests a sense of peace and quiet.

 

The farm extends for about 15 hectares with a prevalently viticultural address. Olives, vegetables and fruit are also cultivated.

In the cosy restaurant you can taste all the farm products starting from the good wines, such as the classic Montepulciano, and the native Cococciola and Pecorino, wild blackberry jams, extra virgin olive oil, fruit juices.

 

The accommodation

The farmhouse, wisely renovated, has a cozy dining room with fireplace and 30 beds divided into 9 comfortable rooms with bathroom and a mini apartment with kitchenette (also accessible to disabled people).

Guests also have a large garden with olive trees to relax.

 

 

 

Activities and surrounding

Between sea and mountains, the company is located just 3 km from the beautiful Costa dei Trabocchi, ideal for those who love peace.

The farm is also very close to the National Park of Majella, whose beech forests offer a natural spectacle in all seasons.

 

For horse-riding enthusiasts, there is a riding stable in the immediate vicinity and mountain bikes are also available to guests.
