The agriturismo
The agritourism is a typical rural building from Abruzzo that dates back to the end of the nineteenth century. Recently restored preserving its ancient charm, the structure is located in a beautiful position at the beginning of the road that goes up to the station of Cansano, not far from the lush nature of the mountains of the Majella Park.
The accommodation
Carefully restored nineteenth-century structure, surrounded by the most beautiful villages of Abruzzo and the green Majella 600 meters from the center of the village of Cansano.
In the main building are available 4 comfortable rooms for 2 to 4 people and a mini apartment. The accommodations are all complete with television, modern bathrooms, and furnished with country furniture, many of them original. In the building in the center of Cansano vecchia there are a basement studio, a mini apartment for 4 people with fireplace, two rooms with shared bathroom and a mini penthouse with bathroom and three beds.
The building, purchased by the De Chellis family at the end of the 1960s, has a large dining room that can accommodate up to 50 people and is also used in part for leisure time. Outside the farm has a large courtyard equipped with relaxation area with gazebo and deck chairs.
A large farmyard houses the small artisan cheese factory, where fine cheeses and goat's milk ricotta are prepared, which you can taste and buy to bring home a tasty memory of the mountains of the Majella Park.
The farm welcomes small animals. Guests can park their car in the designated spaces within the courtyard itself.
