Masseria Borgo Santuri saw its foundations in the 1800s, when with the arrival of the railroad, trade grew and it became necessary to have a new oil mill in the village. Later, in 1920, the second floor of the Masseria was built to house the lords' lodgings, which, with floors from the period and its finely restored frescoes, now gives the magic of times past.

Surrounded by expanses of olive trees, its location is strategic for visiting the Dune Costiere Regional Park and walking along the Via Francigena to admire the natural beauty this land has to offer.

A few kilometers from the sea, which can also be traveled by bike, leads to beaches with Mediterranean scrub where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.

The rooms

The masseria has 13 rooms divided into three types, of which 9 are mainly obtained from the main structure of the old masseria and 4 of recent construction. Specifically, here is the subdivision of the rooms:

• Classic double: can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests, are located on the ground floor, in the old stables of the masseria, with stone vaults and private bathroom with shower - double bed not separable;
• Deluxe double: can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests, are located on the second floor of the old manor house accessible only by stairs, are of different square footage and have a window or balcony overlooking the rustic landscape. One of the rooms features bathroom with bathtub accessible by a small flight of stairs, while the others have bathroom with shower-double bed that cannot be separated;
• Superior rooms: can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests and can be modern rooms detached from the main body of the farmhouse or the larger sized historic rooms. They all feature private outdoor patio or balcony and private bathroom with shower - non-separable double bed .

The restaurant

The Chef delights his guests with traditional dishes where creativity, intuition and the quality of the raw materials combine to create sensory and culinary journeys for both lunch and dinner. All this is offered in a room, finely furnished and maintaining the rural and typical characters of the place, which can accommodate up to 80 guests inside and up to 100 guests in the outdoor courtyard. Theorganic vegetable garden tended directly by the chef allows for 0-kilometer products and first-rate produce on the table. In addition to the a la carte menu, it will be possible to choose half board with dishes of the day.

The village is suitable for the organization of banquets, events and weddings designed ad hoc together with the diners who can choose to be able to take advantage of all the spaces of the masseria.

The swimming pool

A swimming pool was recently built in the masseria for the exclusive use of guests and allows them to enjoy moments of extreme relaxation in a solarium space surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and the peace of the magical place where it is located.

The property can organize weddings and celebrate your wedding outdoors, either by the beautiful pool or in the ancient stables of the masseria. The outdoor garden is perfect for those who want to take advantage of the warmer months. An indoor hall, with stone vaults and an ancient fireplace, is the ideal solution to create afamiliar and elegant atmosphere.

Parking

Masseria Borgo Santuri has ample unattended outdoor parking .

The masseria offers ancillary experiences to the hotel stay both inside the facility, with visits to the hypogeum oil mill, oil tastings or cooking classes, and outside with excursions by bike or on horseback.

It will also be possible to arrange transfers to/from the airport or book a rental with driver.
