Thank you for your review that we were a little surprised about the noise between the rooms. We are surprised because the rooms are soundproof, they have double walls and insulation panel between rooms and so far no one has ever reported to us the noise from other rooms or the street in the room. In fact, a lot of guests have really complimented us on the soundproofing between rooms, which is quite rare in hotels. As for sitting outside on the small terrace, however, unfortunately the standard rooms are the only ones that face the entrance courtyard and therefore closer to the street and therefore some street noise can be heard from the small terrace. However, there are plenty of other spaces within the estate to be able to sit and relax without noise, such as the pool porch with relaxation area and sofas and the inner courtyard with lots of sofas and chairs. Therefore you could take advantage of the inner courtyard if the noise from the street was bothering you.
We are sorry that this was a problem and compromised your vacation, you could have asked us for a more interior and less noisy room and we could have given you a Superior room. In any case, a stay of only a few days did not allow you to fully appreciate our estate and the other positive aspects of our masseria.
