We are in the middle of the Maremma countryside, surrounded by cultivated land and gullies. Far from the confusion of the city but without missing the comforts.

The property is about 40 km from Matera, 50 km from "the Lucane Dolomites", 15 km from the sea and only 6 km from the villages of Bernalda and Pisticci.

The farmhouse is located in the unspoilt countryside of Matera, but a few kilometers away you can discover and explore the wonders of the surrounding area: from the Sassi of Matera to the Crypt of the Original Sin, from the archaeological area of the National Museum of Metapontum to the charming old town of Pisticci. The property is about 40 km from Matera, 50 km from the Lucanian Dolomites, 15 km from the sea and only 6 km from the towns of Bernalda and Pisticci.
