Farm located in Val Canera, between the Latium Apennines, near Rieti and the four Franciscan Sanctuaries. The 65 hectare, family-run farm is mainly used for raising dairy cows and farm animals, as well as teaching activities for schools and families with children.
The accommodation
Farm located in Val Canera, between the Lazio Apennines, near Rieti and the four Franciscan sanctuaries. In the 65-hectare family-run farm, mainly dairy cows and farm animals are bred, as well as teaching activities for schools and families with children. In the main house and in an independent stone farmhouse with traditional roof made of wooden beams and tiles, there is an apartment with kitchen and rooms with bathroom. The rooms are cozy and furnished with care with original furniture of the early 900. A room with bathroom is designed to accommodate disabled guests. In the garden there are two pergolas of vines with tables and chairs, oven and barbecue. The farm also has a room for small meetings, large gardens with games for children, a tennis court and a classroom for practical demonstrations to children and students. In the farm you can also bring pets and share with them the wide spaces. Thanks to its secluded position with respect to the streets and the inhabited center you can enjoy peace and tranquility while the mountains of property rich in meadows, streams, and paths, are ideal for walks and excursions on foot, by bike or motorbike; for the most demanding we organize guided excursions. Nearby you can visit the 4 Franciscan Sanctuaries, the medieval villages of the Riminus, the abbey of Farfa, the cathedral, the civic and archaeological museum of Rieti, the mountains of Terminillo, the natural reserve of the lakes of Ripasottile, the lake of Piediluco , the Marmore waterfall and the thermal baths of Cotilia.

Thanks to its secluded location with respect to the roads and the town you can enjoy peace and tranquility while the mountains of the property full of meadows, streams, and paths, are ideal for walks and excursions on foot, by bike or motorcycle, for the most demanding we organize guided tours.
