Minimum nights: 2 nights in low season with free arrival day; 4 in July and 7 in August (from Saturday to Saturday).
Key delivery: directly c/o Agriturismo Caprareccia Bianca from 16.00 (you can also stop in Casperia 4 km away to visit the ancient village and stop in the Bar/Osteria Vigna with panoramic terrace. The Conad supermarket is open until 13.00 and from 17.00).
Release flat: by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Price all included: bed, bath and kitchen linen with weekly change; water, electricity, gas, final cleaning (except kitchenette), use of swimming pool (June-September) and barbecue, Wi-Fi, parking adjacent to the house. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the possibility to prepare your own meals. We do not provide restaurant service. The supermarket of Casperia is 4 km away and the Bar/Minimarket 1 km.

Info/what to bring with you:
- For those who are passionate about stars and nature: binoculars or a telescope (there is little light pollution here).
- Riding stables in the Tevere-Farfa Nature Reserve 15 km away: possibility of horse riding (also for beginners) or taking lessons.
- Charcoal for the barbecue.
- Towels for the swimming pool (1.6.-30.9. ca).
In the flat you will find our Info Book with useful information about the area, restaurants, things to see etc.
We will take the following safety measures:
- At check-in the owner will bring a mask and gloves, we will practice a friendly but spaced out relationship.
- If government regulations require it, guests are obliged to wear a mask when checking in and to keep the recommended distance.
- In the flat you will find a sanitising gel to disinfect your hands and a disinfectant product for the house.
- On arrival all surfaces, beds, keys, handles, knobs and switches in your flat etc. will be disinfected.
- On site you will find instructions for proper use and behaviour in the pool area which is very spacious. Each flat will have its own assigned sunbeds.
