The agriturismo
The owner, a dietician, decided to open this 100% gluten free agriturismo in an elegant location, with spacious outdoor areas nestled in the lush hills of the Bassa Sabina.
The main feature of Borgo Gentile is a personalized menu based on the needs of our guests. All food is served in our restaurant and is all gluten free.
The accommodation
Our residence joins ancient and traditional materials with modern comforts and technology and design furniture.
The 3 suites, all different, have double walls for sound proofing and heating, water-based paints for the interiors, Civita Castellana terracotta ceramics, valuable wooden furniture, Murano glass lighting fixtures, pure cotton sheets, Made in Italy towels. All rooms have a private space outdoors with table, chairs, lounges; design radiators for heating; A/C; TV LED Full HD 40 digital and sat; extra-large shower (some have whirlpool and HAFRO colour therapy) plus minibar, water boiler, safe, blow dryer, make-up mirror, courtesy set that is vegan friendly.
The restaurant is only open to our guests; we offer candle-lit dinners with local dishes and delicious local/Italian wines.
