The agriturismo
This farmhouse is located about 30 km from Rome, in the middle of a pristine 80-hectare property . The housing complex was designed and curated by a leading Italian architect, Enrico Carlo Saraceni. His goal was to create a perfect blend of luxury and nature, in the heart of a horse farm surrounded by olive groves and wheat fields in the middle of the Italian countryside.
The accommodation
The main villa is fully and sophisticatedly furnished with a mix of contemporary and country styles. Guests are offered outdoor dining undercovered porch with roses and the wonderful aroma of lavender and rosemary. Thepool water comes from the Nepi mineral water spring. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen, a dining room, and a special living room with a fireplace.
Twoguest cottages, each consisting of two suites, in the garden andpool area, overlook a patio full of greenery.

All around the property there are magical views of the countryside and Mount Soratte. About an hour from the eternal city of Rome and close to Spoleto, Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo. This farmhouse is located about 30 km from Rome, in the middle of a pristine 80-hectare property.

Pleased to meet you, I am Alessandra Grillini and I am 62 years old.
I have been doing this job for 1 years along with my family.
We take care of: we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
It was a desire to to live in nature which led me to run an agriturismo.
