Tenuta Santa Cristina is a property of over one hundred hectares nestled in the green hills of Sabina, just 50 kilometers from Rome.

The property, surrounded by boundless expanses of vineyards and olive groves, consists of three independent villas each with a large garden and private pool. Also available to guests are a tennis and soccer field and a table tennis court.

An out-of-this-world paradise but strategically located for visiting the most important sites in central Italy. The villas are equipped with all comforts, attention to detail, with ample space and are suitable for families with small children, groups of friends and also for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties. Villa Laurentia and Villa Domitilla are fully accessible and equipped with bathrooms for the disabled.

At the center of the estate, amidst vast expanses of vineyards and olive groves, are the splendid villas Mary, Laurentia, Domitilla and Sveva, originally built in the 1930s, all recently renovated to bring modern comfort to the traditional surroundings of the past.

Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva are part of a large semi-detached villa that can accommodate up to 16 people. It features a large swimming pool with two comfortable changing rooms. These villas are ideal for a large group of friends or family reunions.

Villa Laurentia and Villa Mary , on the other hand, offer luxury accommodation that can accommodate up to 8 people each. Each villa is independent and private, has a large garden with a pergola dining area and 2 large swimming pools with incomparable views of the surrounding valleys.

Guests can spend pleasant days in the garden, in the shade of lush pergolas or in the cool waters of the pools from where they can admire authentic scenes of country life. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy the beautiful new tennis court and five-a-side football field with synthetic grass, for their exclusive and private use .

The estate is located 5 km from the picturesque town of Magliano Sabina, in the enchanting area of Sabina. Just fifty kilometers northeast of Rome and still free from mass tourism, Sabina is an authentic and unspoiled region.
