The accommodation
The farm is located on a beautiful hill between the Tolfa Mountains and the Sea of ??Santa Marinella, surrounded by a pristine Mediterranean scrub forest, still grazed by Maremma cows and cute donkeys. The Refuge was born as a farm, led by one of the oldest families of Santa Marinella, where all the products are followed and cared for by the owner with natural methods and lots of passion. At the refuge you can really enjoy the silence of nature and immerse yourself in the blue sea of ??Santa Marinella. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, television and terrace with a splendid sea view; the restaurant, family run, has a cuisine based on natural foods, part of which is produced on the farm. In addition to the friendliness of Claudio, Roberta, Rebecca and Nadia, you will discover the colors and sounds of a nature that is still untouched. One of our goals is to let the guests find a familiar, cheerful and at the same time peaceful environment. In fact, the Refuge has five rooms and an independent cottage consisting of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and veranda. The rooms each have an en suite bathroom, a television and a balcony with a sea view; in the rooms it is possible to add from a single bed to a cot. Guests have at their disposal a fresh veranda, and a garden where they can spend pleasant hours of relaxation or reading, they can also take advantage of a large room with television, stereo system, gaming tables, a laundry and, finally, fresh products grown on the farm. On the weekend RESTAURANT AND PIZZERIA. The farm is really an AGRICULTURAL company, run by one of the oldest families of florists in Santa Marinella. The flowers and plants that you will find on the farm are grown with natural methods, the wood is governed and grazed just as it once was. Thanks to its great experience, the company wanted to rebuild on its hill a TEACHING FACTORY in order to give birth to both adults and children the passion for agriculture and nature.
