The farmhouse, part of a company specializing in organic farming and in breeding of standardbred horses, is the ideal place for nature lovers and for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in an unspoilt countryside.
Its geographic location is particularly favorable to day trips to nearby cities of art in Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria.
The accommodation
On the borders between Toscana and Lazio the holiday farmhouse is situated on a hill overlooking an enchanting panorama on the surrounding unsullied countryside.
The old country house has been restored since 1997 and is today divided into four apartments more a dependance. All apartments are large and comfortable and have been very well furnished.
The holiday at the farmhouse is ideal for lovers of nature and a quiet relax. The house is part of a farm estate specialised in organic production and trotter horses breading that guests can visit.
The location of our farm is perfect for daily excursions to near cities of art of Toscana, Lazio and Umbria. It is situated just any Km away the town of Acquapendente, well known for a good traditional cooking and for its ancient history connected to the Via Francigena and San Casciano dei Bagni, charming hamlet famous for its thermal spas.

Activities and surrounding
Our guests have for their disposal the large swimming pool (mt 13x8) set in a panoramic position, the well equipped garden with several green spaces, barbecue, Wi-fi in the communal area, Tv, laundry room, ping-pong, billiard table. It will be a pleasure to enjoy a walk through our organic farm estate and a visit to the horse trotter breading.
The position of the farmhouse, among the three regions of Lazio, Toscana and Umbria, is ideal to visit wonderful cities of art rich in history and culture, spa, good cooking and traditions. To discover and to not miss places like Pienza, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni, Chiusi, Cetona, Bolsena and its lake, the Monte Rufeno Natural Reserve, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana, Piancastagnaio and the Monte Amiata, Bagni di San Filippo, Radicofani, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and so much more....

An excellent stay in this agriturismo. There is a spacious swimming pool with a view of the countryside, a laundry room and a ping pong and table soccer room. The apartments are traditionally furnished and have all the amenities. The owners are very attentive and speak English.
