The agriturismo

Podere Giovanni Olivo is the Serafini family's new holiday farm, ideal for relaxing stays in studio apartments immersed in the Latium Maremma, between nature and the sea just a few kilometers away from Tarquinia, a town of Etruscan origin with the famous Necropolis that has become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The facility has apool area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. There are two pools, one for adults and one for children, which is shallow so that the little ones can have fun without danger.

Guests can access the free beach from the private access of the nearby Podere Giulio (approx. 2 km).

The accommodation

The farmhouse has three types of spacious rooms.

The Standard room is a double room of about 26sqm. It has a double bed (Memory Foam mattress), flat-screen TV, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker and air conditioning. The bathroom is private, marble-clad, with large shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The outdoor porch is equipped with table and chairs.

The Deluxe Room is a 36 sq. m. triple room with a separate entrance and outdoor patio. It has a double bed, sofa bed, sitting area and flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker, bathroom courtesy kit. Kitchenette included.

The Superior room is a quadruple room, ideal for up to four people. It boasts first-floor access, separate entrance and panoramic terrace with seating. It has a double bed, a loft with 2 single beds, sitting area complete with desk and flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer and bathroom courtesy kit. Kitchenette included.

TheApartment accommodation is ideal for families but also for 2 couples as it is the only one in the facility that has 2 divided rooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds). A living area with kitchenette completes the apartment. Air conditioning, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer and bathroom courtesy kit.

Wi-fi is free. Breakfast can be done in the total comfort of your room in complete autonomy or by purchasing one of the farmhouse boxes, or by choosing the buffet breakfast at Podere Giulio (contact us for more information).

Parking is private and inside the Podere Giovanni Olivo facility.

Activities and surrounding

On the estate you will have the pleasure of visiting the olive groves, the vineyard and sampling home-grown products.

The restaurant is located at Agriturismo Podere Giulio, about 1.8 km from Podere Giovanni Olivo.

Dishes respect tradition and mostly involve products from the Serafini Farm, both the meat from the steers raised on the farm and the vegetables. Pasta is strictly home-made, and the remaining products come from other farms in the area.

During peak season, guests have a beach umbrella and two deck chairs to take to the beach with them and plant to their liking.The beach is free and is one mile from Podere Giovanni Olivo's accommodations.It can be reached via Podere Giulio, by means of a private road inside the farm, with a pleasant walk through the cultivated fields and along the tree-lined avenue, on foot or by car with parking a few meters from the beach.
