The property has just been renovated by skilled and experienced hands, who have been able to make the most of and express the true essence of the beautiful country house.
We decided to dedicate it to our son Giovanni, a 9-year-old boy, because it fully reflects his free and nature-loving spirit and it will be him who will present to our guests the wonders that surround us.
The entrance is on the first floor of the main house, under the porch, through the original old door you enter the large living room finely furnished, from which you access a fully equipped kitchen with modern finishes and old-fashioned furniture.
Villa A Casa di Giovanni has 6 double or twin rooms for a total of 12 beds. The rooms are very well furnished with antiques, all equipped with USB and Wi-Fi sockets and with a unique view, each with private bathroom, in which the showers are very large. On request you can add a cot or bed for children.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery, pots and pans, coffee machine, large oven, 5 burner gas, microwave, kettle, fridge with ice dispenser and freezer.
Also from July 2020 the swimming pool will be available for our guests!
I have managed for over 25 years a farm of 200 hectares adjacent to the Villa di Giovanni. Taking advantage of the experience of my sister Rita, who has been working in the field of agritourism for about 20 years, my family and I decided to launch into this new adventure. The farmhouse is at the north end of the farm. The offer we offer is self catering, but since from generation to generation we have handed down the values of a large country family, Rita will be very happy to welcome guests in the Borgo di campagna il Tesoro, which is only one kilometer from the Villa, with delicious meals on reservation and where you can enjoy the many relaxing services that the structure offers.
