Via Porrine, 70 -, Ospedaletti 18014 Ospedaletti (Imperia)
The farmhouse overlooks Ospedaletti from 200metres above sea level and is right next to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Porrine.
Built in stone, it was completely restored in 2005, keeping intact the old-fashioned atmosphere, its flavours and colours
The apartments can accomodate 3 – 4 – 5 – 7 persons:
ll cubo: on the ground floor the kitchen and dining room, upstairs the bedroom and the bathroom. Suitable for two- three persons.
La galera: the name comes from the bathroom: all with stones, long, narrow, with a small window, just like a cell of an old prison.
It's the most romantic and mild apartment. Three – four persons.
Giulietta & Romeo:it has a small nice balcon: this is the reason of the name. Just in front of the door, a nice kiwi pergola. Kitchen with big dining-living-room. A big bedroom with a double bed of 2,10 m. and another bedroom with three single beds.
Panorama:on the top floor, is the biggest apartment with a sunny living room, a big terrace, a double bedroom and another bedroom with four single beds. The view is fantastic.
Guests can use the fresh veggies from the kitchen garden, pick fruit from the orchard and get fresh eggs straight from the hen house, as well.
There is also the use of the wood oven, the barbecue and tables under the arbour for outdoor luncheons and evening dinners together with the other guests.
The view is breath taking and peace and calm is guaranteed.
One can relax on the terraces or under the kiwi-fruit arbours.
It is said that Ospedaletti has the mildest climate of the Italian Riviera. It is quite small and tranquil, and you can simply enjoy the new beaches or take advantage of the tennis courts, five a-side soccer, bowls, archery and paragliding. You can try out the new cycle lane along the coast and ride as far as St. Lorenzo al mare.
Visit Sanremo, Bordighera, the town of the palm trees, Ventimiglia, with its all-day, open air, Friday market which claims to be the biggest in Italy, Menton, Montecarlo and Nice.
Discover the spectacular hinterland, the Ligurian Alps so close to the sea shore, and by far the best place for trekking and mountain biking. The old villages and hamlets are just fantastic.
And so continue on to:
The Hanbury gardens in Mortola.
The Principality of Seborga at a stone's throw through the Mediterranean woods.
The whale sanctuary, a day trip by boat for unforgettable emotions.
The astronomical observatory in Perinaldo for a”starry” night.
Golf on the greens of Sanremo and Catellaro.
Villa Nobel in Sanremo, the National prehistoric museum in Balzi rossi, the olive oil museum in Imperia, the witchcraft museum in Triora and last but by no means least the smallest theatre in the world, the Salvini theatre in Pieve di Teco.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Owners will be held responsible for damage to property and persons.
Thank you so much Piero for your kindness, hospitality and the amazing place you have created for people to stay.
We appreciated it highly and had great 10 days!
All the best Martha, Ido & kids
As every year the return is difficult. During the return trip we always talk about the year that will be hoping that 12 months pass quickly. When we are in "our" Panorama apartment, time contracts, slips between our fingers and it is still time to leave. It is not just for the enchantment of the terrace overlooking the sea, from which you can admire the moon reflecting on the stillness of the waters in front of Ospitaletti, but it is the magic that only Piero and Cristina can create, a strange alchemy of stories of the past and calmness of the present, rhythms so different from ours. We feel at home, without the duties of home. Expressing a mood is complicated, but what comes closest is a sense of inner tranquility, the welcome dinner of Saturday, and pizza on Thursday offered by Piero are an opportunity to get to know their neighbors and live even more intensely an experience to wish everyone. Thanks Piero. As every year we will come back to you.

Three of us spent a wonderful week in the duplex apartment "Il Cubo". It was wonderful ... starting with the lovingly filled refrigerator, with everything the heart desires at the beginning of a stay; a warm invitation to dinner together on the first evening to get to know each other; the dreamlike and very tastefully, with love to the details restored plant with garden and couches to relax; the great garden, where you can serve to your heart's content of ripe fruit; unlimited possibility to wash your linen (free of charge !!); another invitation to eat pizza together, baked by Piero himself in the wonderful wood-burning stove ... etc. The only thing that would have made our luck even more perfect would have been a larger, well-developed swimming pool. But we knew that before, and for cooling or for children, the big "paddling pool" was enough! The location is ideal for exploration and excursions in the hinterland and hinterland of the Riviera suitable. The cordial but unobtrusive way in which Piero meets his guests and always strives to read all wishes from the eyes, can not be surpassed! The price-performance ratio is excellent! Dear Piero, thank you very much for your hospitality!
