A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you a format. We ask you please to fill it with the requested data and send it back in order to facilitate check-in.
Apartments check-in: from 04.00 p.m. to 07.00 p.m. In case of expected delay, please let us know a few days in advance by email ([email protected]). In case of unexpected delay, please call +39 0365 73402 or +39 351 330 1700 as soon as possible. In any case we will provide the instruction to enter the apartment only after the payment of the balance due.
Bed&Breakfast check-in: from 02.30 p.m. to 07.00 p.m.. In case of expected delay, please let us know a few days in advance by email ([email protected]). In case of unexpected delay, please call +39 0365 73402 or +39 351 330 1700 as soon as possible. For arrivals after 7.00 p.m. with prior notification, we will wait for you till 10.00 p.m. and we will charge € 20.00 extra fee. Late arrivals without notification will be charged € 40,00 extra fee and we will wait for you till 10.00 p.m.; in any case, late check-in will be possible only until 10.00 p.m. After this time, access to the room will be possible the day after from 9.00 am.
Check-out: from 08.30 to 10.00 a.m. both for apartments and Bed&Breakfast.
Mandatory final cleaning for apartments: € 60.00 two-room apartment, € 70.00 three-room apartment, € 90.00 four-room apartment. The apartment must still be delivered in order, without garbage, dirty dishes and any damages.
Booking conditions: 30% deposit required; Balance by bank transfer one week before arrival.
Cancellation conditions: In case of cancellation received at least 31 days before arrival, we will issue a voucher with a validity of 12 months corresponding to the amount of the deposit paid. In case of cancellation received between the 30th and 15th day from the beginning of the stay, the amount of the deposit paid will be retained. In case of cancellation received on or after the 14th day from the beginning of the stay, the full amount of the rental fee is due. Substitutes are accepted.
Deposit: €150.00 per apartment to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned by bank transfer in the days following departure, after checking the condition of the apartment.
Children: in B&B, sharing room with parents free up to 2 years old; -30% from 3 to 14 years old
Tourist tax: €1.70 per day from 14 years of age (to be paid in cash upon arrival)
Price notes: rates on request for different number of occupants and for stays less than 5 days in apartment and 2 days in B&B

breakfast for guests in B&B rooms
car parking and garage for motorcycles and bicycles, sports equipment storage, swimming pool 300 m away (from june to end of August/beginning of September), Jacuzzi, playground, high chair and baby bed, "Tignale Card" and related services, advice and maps for trekking and mountain-biking.
