The house overlooks a large meadow that opens onto the valley, which became a protected reserve for endemic flora in 1980. The farmhouse has been created in an old stable, close to the banks of the small lake of Bondo, now extinct but still occasionally formed during the rainy season, renovated with respect for the history it preserves, taking care of the details and maintaining the original architecture and the typical dry stone.
