The agriturismo
Immersed in the green, the Montecorno Belvedere farmhouse is a true oasis of peace just a few steps from the center of Desenzano.
With a spectacular view of the lake and away from traffic, it is the ideal place to get away from the stress of everyday life and in the natural park surrounding the farm you can take regenerating walks in the woods and in the shade of the olive trees.
The farm is certified organic and produces wine, extra virgin oliveoil and flour from ancient grains.
The gourmet corner "L'essenziale " is open by reservation from Thursday to Sunday, and offers tastings, aperitifs and dinners in an environment surrounded by greenery and in front of a spectacular view.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has 3 apartments:
- Rose and Roses: one-room apartment on the first floor, with a large terrace overlooking the lake, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a maximum of 4 beds. Ideal for couples or families with small children.
- Lavender and rosemary: one-room apartment on the ground floor, with lake view porch, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a maximum of 4 beds. Ideal for couples or families with small children.
- Olivi e Lago: three-room apartment on the first floor, with a large terrace overlooking the olive grove, kitchen with living area, bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with a maximum of 6 beds. Ideal for large families or with older children.
Other common areas are:
- the swimming pool in the middle of the green and equipped with deckchairs and tables for a picnic on the lawn
- the multipurpose room equipped with screen, projector with wifi connection and porch overlooking the lake with stage
- the rehearsal room equipped for small instrumental groups
- laundry room available for guests
Activities and surrounding
The farm is located in Desenzano del Garda, on Monte Corno, the hill overlooking the lake just a short walk from the town centre.
The area is a historic destination for excursions, with its varied landscape and splendid views of the lake.
Nearby there are major amusement parks, such as Gardaland, Natura Viva, Sea Life, Sigurtà and, in summer, water parks, such as Caneva or the thermal baths of Sirmione.
In the farmhouse you can buy products grown and processed directly in the farm, certified organic. You can also have tastings and aperitifs.
