In the low season, a minimum stay of 2/3 nights, in the high season, a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Delivery of keys between 16 and 19 (different times only unless previously agreed) and departures in the morning between 8.00 and 10.00.
Check in every day , Sunday excluded .
Prices always include final cleaning, a supply of sheets/towels, energy included.
Non-Smoking. Animals are not allowed. There is no restaurant/bar service.
Extras on request:
Blankets, sheets and towels: one supply included, on request an additional change of 10 euros per person.
Cot / high chair: 20 euros more per night (Type A / Type B) only for a child up to 1 year old (non-independent mobility)
Cleaning of the kitchenette to be paid by the customer, if not carried out there is an extra 50 euros.
The structure is not suitable for children under the age of 14, in the case of under 18s, please specify the age.
Apartments with equipped kitchen. Self catering. Non smoking apartments. At check in, a deposit of 150 euros in cash is required, returned at check out + cash stay tax
