The agriturismo
Farmhouse 19 km from the Conero Riviera and the beaches of Sirolo and Numana. It offers high quality comfort in a wonderful landscape, 10 minutes from the motorway exit and in the centre of the Marche region, from where you can reach the wonderful cities of art and tourism of this wonderful region and the nearby regions.
Suitable for everyone: families, couples, singles, cyclists and motorcyclists.
The accommodation
It has 8 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, 6 with a loft lounge and 2 suitable for the disabled.
A splendid swimming pool will cheer the warm summer days. A small playground will allow children to play in peace and serenity.
Inside the agricultural park of the farm you can take walks and walk among the olive trees, enjoying the view. In the morning you will be served a buffet breakfast, made of cakes and local homemade products or purchased from local producers.
The restaurant is by reservation only and reserved for guests of the farmhouse. In the veranda you can spend relaxing moments with a good glass of wine.
The library bar is always open. You can buy products of the farm such as seasonal jams and EVO oil, wine and other, all of high quality and genuineness.
You can rent both E-Bikes and motorbikes, the latter are better reserved at the time of booking.
Pets are not allowed, but in collaboration there is an animal boarding house nearby.
