The agriturismo

An organic agriturismo on a small organic farm, nestled among the pretty Marche hills overlooking the Chienti and Ete valley. The family run farm spans 11 hectares, mostly covered with olive trees, close to cities of art such as Sant'Elpidio a Mare, Fermo and Macerata.

The accommodation

The farm, completely renovated with techniques of bio architecture, is able to minimize the ecological impact on the environment and is largely self-sufficient in terms of energy, thanks to the extensive use of renewable sources. The property has 7 accommodations: *4 apartments, Olivo, Fico, Gelso, Acacia, 30 sqm for 2/3 people with living room, kitchen with single sofa bed, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower. *1 apartment, Mandorlo and Isibillini, for 4/5 people with quadruple room with double bed and bunk bed, living room, kitchen with sofa bed and large bathroom with shower. *2 triple rooms with double bed, single bed and bathroom in rooms with shower and bidet vase. Breakfast included.

Activities and surrounding

Situated on a hill, between the ancient historical village of Sant'Elpidio a Mare and the lively hamlet of Casette d'Ete, the agriturismo enjoys a strategic position, because it is situated on the edge of the Marca Fermana and in the immediate vicinity of the Macerata area. It is in the open countryside, with the rolling hills of the Marche region as a backdrop for a holiday immersed in tranquility, where you can observe a landscape at all times of day and in every season and that will make your stay unique and unforgettable. The sandy beaches of Civitanova Marche, the beauty of the promenade of Porto Sant'Elpidio and the Art Nouveau charm of Porto San Giorgio, can be reached in a few minutes by car. The beautiful Conero Riviera with its breathtaking views is about 30 km away. The mountain is within easy reach, but do not forget to visit the enchanted beauty of the natural landscape and the historic villages of the Sibillini Mountains National Park are about 30/40 km. Finally, the farm is located in the center of the Marche footwear district, so in a few minutes you can reach one of the modern and crowded fashion outlets (Tod's? Prada? Paciotti - Fabi? Loriblu - Nero Giardini).
