The agriturismo
Completely renovated country cottage located on a quiet hillside 5 minutes from the historic center of Fermo, 10 minutes from the sea and prestigious footwear outlets.
Hospitality is provided in 6 comfortable apartments (sleeps 2 to 5) with fully equipped kitchens. On the ground floor a cozy restaurant offers typical and genuine, yet refined dishes, accompanied by excellent local wines.
Outside it is possible to enjoy a swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, a green area with children's games , and the vegetablegarden with vegetables grown by the owners and which remain available to customers. Reserved parking .
The accommodation
Guest accommodations consist of double bedroom with bathroom, kitchen/living room and single beds located in nice lofts. The apartments are all equipped with cooking utensils, clean linens, TV and air conditioning. It is possible to use a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a small balcony with clotheslines.
Downstairs is the restaurant; chef Matteo serves traditional Marche dishes, with homemade pastas and excellent quality meat; in summer it is possible to eat outdoors in a wooden gazebo.

The sea at Porto San Giorgio is only a 10-minute drive; San Benedetto del Tronto is 20 minutes away. An hour's drive takes you to Recanati, Camerino, Ascoli Piceno, Porto Novo di Ancona. The villages of Torre di Palme, Moresco and Monterupiano are worth visiting. In Fermo, the Duomo is not to be missed. Bike lovers will find a long bike path that runs along the entire waterfront.
Also an hour away are the Sibilini Mountains, ideal for trekking or mountain biking outings.
