Località Capovilla, 6, Villa Torre 62011 Cingoli (Macerata)
Among age old olive trees, near Cingoli – the balcony to the Marche – an old seventeenth century stone farmhouse just 45 minutes from the Conero Riviera, part of an 18 hectare organic farm which produces and sells organic Mignola extra virgin olive oil, a variety native to the Cingoli region.
Family run, the agriturismo was born in 1998 from the renovation of a farmhouse dating back to the 1600s, originally the site of a small convent, then passed on to the noble Castiglioni family (related to Pope Pius VIII), before coming into the possession of the current owners. The property offers 5 rooms with bathrooms and air conditioning, split between the main house and the guesthouse close to the swimming pool, some of which feature wooden beams, stone and wrought iron.
The dining room with open fireplace and the cellar with its characteristic “neviera”, a room once used to store snow, creating a kind of refrigerated cell, are ideal for hosting dinners of typical Marche dishes and produce. In the farmhouse, nestled at the centre of the estate and surrounded by 1500 m2 of gardens, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with open fireplace.
Outside you’ll find a relaxation zone with scenic views of the Conero Riviera, a garden, swimming pool, solarium, spa with heated whirlpool, colour therapy and ozone therapy, bocce, ping pong and a children's play area.
Guests can get involved in the olive harvest, tour the olive press, taste the farm's oil and wine from local wine cellars, or enjoy a range of sports: motocross, mountain biking with excursions along signposted tracks (guides available), rowing and pedalos on Cingoli’s lake, trekking, horseback excursions and tennis.
Be sure to pay a visit to: Cingoli (with its water park), Treja, Macerata, Recanati, Loreto, S. Severino Marche, Tolentino, Jesi, Ascoli Piceno, Urbino, the Conero Park, the Sibillini Park and the Gola della Rossa Park with tours of the Frasassi Caves. Or why not enjoy a spot of shopping for designer brands at the local outlet, footwear or typical produce?
We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful farmhouse, with half board. Special breakfast and dinner; at breakfast, cakes, biscuits and jams all homemade, at dinner, appetizer (the crescia with oil produced directly by the farm without comparison), first course, second course (special meat) and dessert ... all excellent.
The location is perfect, with a view of the hills of the Marche, a stone's throw from Cingoli, good location for going to Macerata, Recanati, Loreto and coast of the Adriatic Sea.
The room was very clean and nice.
The owners Lauro and Giusy are very nice, helpful and always smiling: thanks for everything.
P.S. We brought home apricot oil and jam.

We stayed my wife and I for 4 days in this beautiful farm. We have been living in Agritourism for 20 years but the friendliness with which we have been welcomed is UNIQUE. I wanted to give the kitchen 11 but you can not! You are a WONDERFUL couple and you deserve the success you have, you can read in your eyes and in your heart the passion for your work. Many thanks to Lauro and Giuseppina, we will give you a ruthless advertisement. See you soon, Paolo and Monica.
