The agriturismo

Situated on ahill overlooking the sea, immersed in the quiet of 12 hectares of countryside cultivated mainly with sunflowers, wheat and olive trees, the farmhouse is located in a naturalistic context of value and is the result of careful renovation of a rural dwelling, conducted with modern green building techniques and with regard to integration with the surrounding landscape.

Guests can taste and buy wine, oil and typical local products from the nearby farm.

The relaxation and recreation area is large and divided into a reading area, table tennis, children's play area, a small field equipped for five-a-side football, basketball and tennis; 3 barbecues; bicycles; quad bikes (for a fee).

The accommodation

Structure treated and sanitized according to the COVID-19 health protocol: daily treatments for a safe and quiet holiday!The purification of the air in the rooms takes place through ozone.

Distributed on two floors, the 5 guest apartments are completely surrounded by greenery, heated by a biomass plant (wood/pellet), with solar-thermal and photovoltaic systems, in total autonomy and safety, and in compliance with current ecological-environmental regulations.


Each dwelling, furnished in country style, takes its name from the glimpse of landscape on which it overlooks and is equipped with:
reception; free Wi-Fi; air conditioning in summer and independent heating (winter); private safe; satellite TV; washing machine, iron and ironing board; private outdoor parking; pergola or loggia with table, chairs and sunbeds.

 

At everyone's disposal, swimming pool with Roman staircase, waterfall with cervical massage, purified with electrolysis; children's pool with heated whirlpool.

 

Activities and surrounding

As well as being close to a selection of trattorias and restaurants, the region is also perfect for lovers of trekking, cycling and art:guests can visit the medieval hamlet of Novilara, the San Bartolo Regional Nature Park in Pesaro, the stunning Urbino and the castles of San Marino (55 km). 

Lovers of the sea can also visit the resorts of Pesaro and Fano and the Conero Riviera.
