The accommodation
Beautiful water mill of the 1500s, the oldest in the area, renovated to become a very valuable accommodation facility. Ideal for couples and families. Surrounded by greenery and surrounded by beautiful hills, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the colors and scents of nature. Easy to reach, just 15 minutes from Pesaro. Close to areas of great cultural interest such as the city of Urbino (UNESCO heritage) or Gradara Castle. Inside the villa, we find a classic decor, in line with the structure, such as the old cast-iron bathtub, but everything is accompanied by the comforts, like the TVs in every room, the wifi, the dishwasher etc ... Mulino dei Camini has private parking with automatic lighting, which accompanies you to the entrance of the villa and with spotlights that frame the pool and the gazebo. The villa is easily reachable. All roads are paved. The Mill of the Chimneys is close to the village of Villa Betti, giving the possibility to reach the mini market or the village bar, even on foot (both are located about 100 meters from the structure). However the villa is not visible from the village, thanks to the grove of oaks and elms, which allows you to have all the privacy of the countryside, without the inconvenience of narrow dirt roads and long journeys to do the shopping. Guests will have the entire villa and garden at their disposal. So in addition to the rooms, they will have free access to the kitchen, the dining room, the large living room and the pool and all the garden furniture.
