At the villa, entirely surrounded by trees and hedges and invisible from the road, you arrive along a long avenue of olive trees surrounded by a plot of land of 16 hectares. The place, in the open country, will amaze you with the peace and harmony that you can breathe while staying for short or long periods. The apartment, completely renovated in 2016, consists of a kitchen with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower, for a capacity of 4/5 people. In addition to the apartment guests will have a private garden, a porch, a play area for children, a wood oven, solarium, parking, various outdoor showers. Here you can rediscover the pleasure of picking a fruit from a tree, making bread in a wood oven, having breakfast on the porch listening to the birds singing, admiring a beautiful starry sky. Location description: Immersed in the Molise countryside but only 7 km from the Adriatic Sea, the holiday in our villa is a perfect combination of sea and countryside. Nuova Cliternia, rural hamlet of Campomarino, is only 1.5km from the villa. In the village you will find the church of Madonna Grande, a small market, pharmacy, petrol station, 3 bars, pizzeria, steak house and various wine cellars. Termoli with its characteristic ancient village, its beaches and the embarkation for the Tremiti islands is only 15 km of straight road and easy to walk. The free beach is only 7 km away, while the equipped beaches of Campomarino lido and Chieuti Marina are 10 km away. Vasto, with its beaches and the Punta Aderci nature reserve, is a 40-minute drive away. Within an hour's drive you reach the Gargano, the Padre Pio sanctuary in San Giovanni Rotondo, or the Molise inland with its mountains and traditions.
