A short distance from everything - theoutlet of Serravalle is not even 1 km - the estate is surrounded by the green of the large park. Centuries-old trees, a swimming pool equipped in the summer, the rooms overlooking the garden, the fields of strawberries and raspberries, the rooms in contact with nature, but especially the kitchen as only experience and passion can do.

A few steps from Serravalle outlet there is a farmhouse, completely restored in 2021 from which five large rooms with all comforts have been obtained, and a villa of 1700 built on a former Templar house by the Marquis Sopranis on the Via Francigena. The house retains its charm, from the restaurant located in the former shelter of the carriages, to the former barn with huge windows overlooking the large park which has become a beautiful party room suitable to hostceremonies.

The Serravalle Designer Outlet is just 1 km from us but that's not all, the small medieval town of Gavi with its wines and its castle is about 10 minutes as the city of Novi Ligure, which houses the museum of champions for fans of cycling (Coppi and Girardengo). The gentle hills of gavi on one side, those of timorasso on the other.
40 minutes from Genoa, Milan and Turin.
Excursions by bike or on horseback can be easily organized for you. Three golf courses are within 15 km, and a large water park is 10 minutes away by car.
