The agriturismo
Located on top of a hill 8 km from Asti, the residential complex dominates the surrounding area. A beautiful place between hills and natural terraces embellished by the cultivation of the vine, ancient villages, castles, and beautiful landscapes that have become a valuable asset to be protected.
This farm is one of the few that produces Barbera d'Asti, sub-area "Tinella".
The farm is developed in U enclosing a lovely paved courtyard with a central fountain and vases of citrus trees. The open side gives access to the "cascade" swimming pool and the vineyards.
The accommodation
The apartments in the heart of Monferrato are located on top of a hill 8 km from Asti. The company covers several hectares of land, has a large swimming pool and plenty of space. It produces wine and organizes courses with winemaker and sommelier on the world of wine.
The 4 apartments, modern and equipped, for the guests have independent entrance, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and private outdoor space; Barbera, Dolcetto and Grignolino have a terrace overlooking the vineyards, Barolo instead has a private garden. In detail:
The Barbera apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the double room, a double room, open plan living room, double sofa bed.
The Barolo + Barolino apartment is composed of 2 apartments that can accommodate 8 people. It offers 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed (one with a fireplace and the other with a kitchen).
The Dolcetto apartment has a double, a twin, a gazebo surrounded by roses and jasmine on the panoramic terrace.
The Grignolino apartment has a bedroom, accessed from the courtyard, where there is a kitchen and a table to eat in and another bedroom with a double bed with bathroom where (separated by a partition) there is also a sofa bed .
Activities and surrounding
The farm is only half an hour from Alba, La Morra, Treiso, Barbaresco, Barolo. Within a radius of 20 km there are many trattorias offering tasty and cheap regional dishes, mainly based on beef from Piedmont.
The winery periodically organizes full immersion courses (held by an oenologist and a sommelier) also in English, on the world of wine ("From the grape to the glass"), during which participants can deepen and compare their knowledge of viticulture, oenology, tasting techniques, wine and food pairings by tasting the wines produced.
