The agriturismo
The agriturismo offers simple, authentic hospitality in the heart of the Langhe region, just a few km from Barolo, La Morra, Alba and Bra.
The accommodation
An old Piedmont farmhouse, completely renovated, offers 5 mini apartments and a suite, all elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts (including safe deposit boxes, independent heating, and hairdryer). Each apartment has private outdoor space.
A large porch is perfect for outdoor breakfasts offering homemade cakes, jams, and fruit from the farm’s own orchard and local cheeses.
Guests may also dine in the restaurant, which offers a traditional Piedmont menu, avail of the swimming pool with garden and the children’s playground.
Activities and surrounding
The medieval villages of Monforte d'Alba, La Morra, Barolo, Serralunga and Grinzane Cavour with their historical castles and museums are within easy reach of the agriturismo, not to mention the vineyards of Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera. Guests can also sample the local food and wine specialities in the surrounding area.
The Chersaco 18-hole golf course is at 2 km.
Hiking enthusiasts can take walks through the countryside, in close contact with nature.
Next to the agriturismo is a fully equipped FISE riding stables with sand arena, masonry stalls, round pen, paddock, tack room and club house. In summer, horse riding weeks are organised for children aged 6 to 14. It also offers riding lessons and pony trekking in the hills.
