Unfortunately it happened that one morning the hot water boiler got stuck and the shower was not boiling as you demanded every day although we were in the summer season. My family and I welcomed You , as we do for every customer, like acquaintances lingering to chat every evening , without however having any kind of complaint from You about anything. Too many times we are confronted with customers who do not voice any complaints during their stay and then vent the worst reviews once they are turned away.
