The agriturismo

Guparza is a family-run agriturismo, open all year round, located in an enchanting place nestled in nature, ideal for vacationing in the name of relax and peace.

New for November 2018: opening of the wellness centre!

The accommodation

12 double-bed rooms, recently built, with independent entrance, furnished in local Sardinian style, with bath, air conditioning, TV, and small fridge.

The lovely restaurant overlooks a garden and is the ideal place to savor the best specialities. Traditional food based on meats, vegetables, fruit, cold meats, oil, cheese and liquor. All made onsite, with traditional methods. 

The pool is a valid alternative to the beach for those wishing to totally relax in a private place. The large English garden has a playground and offers shade, thanks to the many trees, where guests may seek a break from hot summer days after having savored some of our specialties. 

 

Activities and surrounding

In addition to its unspoiled beaches, Posada is strategically located (30 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia) thus allowing visitors to arrive by inland (where you may still see small mountain villages) and from the coast.

The historic center of Posada dates to the Middle Ages with its Castello della Fava dominating the surrounding countryside. Historians agree on the fact that Posada was the place where the legendary and mysterious Feronia, Etruscan-Roman port-city, once stood. You may go horseback riding along the Posada River until reaching Lake Maccheronis and visit the many interesting nuraghic sites.

Relax areas like the pool, garden, and restaurant hall can host events and private parties like birthdays, graduations, baptisms, confirmations. Pool parties are also organized, enlivened with good live music and folkloric events.

Very friendly staff. The accommodation is not far from the highway, but is very quiet on a small hill. There is a large pool. The rooms are equipped with TV and refrigerator.
