As for dinner, for example, the reason you gave for the change of treatment was cheap, so much that we have discounted those not made even if they were booked. We serve almost exclusively dishes made with our products (meat included): knowing it, we could prepare something that was more in line with your tastes! Even in the case of cleaning the room, it is usually done every 3 days, but, as everywhere, there are times (which have been communicated). We always try to be flexible, but you have often left after 12 and at that point the staff (who has to manage different aspects of the company) could no longer provide. We have shown flexibility on several occasions, such as when you asked us to prepare breakfast well before the scheduled time because you had to go out for an excursion.
