The agriturismo
Farmhouse in the Etna Park, welcomes guests in the old lava stone house gracefully surrounded by majestic trees.
The view of the top of the volcano and the sea among woods and orchards contributes to make this place peaceful and spectacular.
Born as a dwelling of farmers' families, it was partly used as a warehouse for fruit, oil and cereals, a millstone or a place of production and storage of wine, accommodation for the few animals that helped the simple life of those times.
The accommodation
Mountain area, Park of the Etna volcano, 9 km from the A18 (Giarre exit), 30 'from the beaches of Riposto. Spectacular view of the volcano. Comfortable ground floor accommodation in ancient lava stone houses among centuries-old trees in an organic orchard park, large furnished terraces, bedrooms with bathroom and independent entrance, use of the shared lounge (wine room) with multilingual library, maps and books on the volcano, board games, table football, dining corner, TVSAT and WIFI. Wood and electric heating, natural cool in summer. In the bedroom: bed linen and towels, bath products, fruit, sweets, water, kettle, tea and coffee. Services on request: farmhouse meals, laundry, shared refrigerator, baby sitting, guide to discover the area. Outside: children's games, mini football field, volleyball, bowls, barbecue, 6 hectare orchard park. Outside the company trekking park trails, mountain biking, caving, winter sports.
Activities and surrounding
Cirasellaetna is the ideal starting point to visit the summit craters of Mount Etna and its wooded slopes or tourist attractions such as Taormina and Syracuse.
In addition, it is home to a cultural center that holds meetings for adults and children, Yoga, Ecology and organic farming.
