The agriturismo
The farmhouse Mundus Terrae - Cozzo Guardiole is located on the territory of Noto just 16 km from Syracuse and the sea.
Located in a central position for all the major centers of natural, historical and archaeological interest in eastern Sicily, it offers all the benefits of a totally relaxing vacation immersed in nature while being only 2 km from Canicattini Bagni. The rooms, all very cozy with direct exit to private terrace of pertinence, are equipped with private bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, herbal teas, free wi-fi air conditioning and TV.
Vast green areas for walks and 360-degree views from the bay of Syracuse to the nature reserve of Cavagrande to Mount Etna. Reserved only for overnight guests is access to the swimming pool andfitness area.
The accommodation
The farmhouse covers about 7 hectares on a rocky hill of modest altitude from which it is possible to enjoy a wonderful view of all of Syracuse. Located in an excellent position to be able to visit all of eastern Sicily. The property has only a few rooms that allow you to relax and has a quiet swimming pool with solarium.
There are 6 rooms available to guests for a total of 15 beds, all very cozy and equipped with independent bathroom, TV, free wi-fi, terrace, kettle with herbal teas, refrigerator and air conditioning. The limited number of rooms and the fact that the same owners who manage and care for the farm reside on site means that the service offered is relaxing. NB: The farm is located in the territory of Noto and does not offer food service. Only a rich buffet breakfast is provided.
Refreshment areas are available to overnight guests by the pool and on the veranda.
