The agriturismo

At 1430 metres altitude, in the stunning hamlet of Maranza, an agriturismo in a beautiful, sunny, peaceful spot with spectacular scenic views. Perfect for families, the agriturismo has much to offer for those who enjoy walking.

Your little ones can have fun in the garden, or on the farm with the animals, as they get involved in rural life alongside the welcoming Peintner family.

All guests receive the Almencard PLUS, which from May to November entitles you to free access to the two cable cars in the Rio Pusteria resort, free travel on all South Tyrol public transport, and free entry to over 90 museums and collections across the region.

The accommodation

The agriturismo offers 4 apartments for 2-6 guests, each comprising kitchen, bathroom, lounge, 1-3 bedrooms, satellite TV and balcony or large terrace (south-facing).

Activities and surrounding

Away from the hustle and bustle, the farm is just 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Maranza, and just a little further from the Gitschberg-Jochtal ski resorts: while Mount Gitschberg is known as a ski carving paradise, Jochtal is one of the finest ski resorts within easy access of Maranza thanks to its 16 ski lifts. And those who love to hike can explore the Altafossa Valley.

The “Alpingpool” covered swimming pool is just a 3-minute walk away.
