The agriturismo
At 1600 m a.s.l., amidst the scents of the woods, native flavours, mountains and paths, the farm offers a warm and familiar welcome and enjoys a spectacular view of Val Badia and the village of San Martino in Badia below.
The landscape is covered with extensive green meadows, dotted with larches and firs, among which the majestic peaks of the Dolomites stand out. The ski slopes of Plan de Corones are at the door of the house and a varied network of hiking trails allows you to reach natural corners and breathtaking views.
The accommodation
The apartments of the farmhouse combine authenticity, nature and modernity: built in 2019, they are fully equipped and furnished with solid oak furniture, which give warmth and elegance to the rooms. The wooden floors of the bedrooms give a pleasant feeling to the step while the large windows, overlooking the garden in front, frame beautiful views of the Dolomites. On request, overnight stay with breakfast.
Activities and surrounding
The guests of the farm will have the opportunity to disconnect from everyday life, venture in search of mushrooms in the woods behind the house, walk with the family to the nearby Corn peak, face the spectacular black Piculin track and admire the sunset behind the Sasso Putia in privacy.
In San Martin de Tor, winter tourism has a long tradition that boasts, in addition to the extraordinary landscape value of Val Badia, the quality of the facilities, the variety of winter activities offered and warm hospitality. On skis or snowboard, on foot or simply enjoying a Ladin dish on the terrace of one of the many mountain huts, you can admire the charm of winter in the Dolomites.
In spring, nature awakens and a spectacle of sounds and colours begins; on the ski slopes of Plan de Corones and Alta Badia, the cap gives way to sunglasses. In spring you can ski in the sun until Easter. Days are getting longer and temperatures are getting milder, a perfect time for hiking and biking. In summer, you can enjoy sack trekking, admiring the mountains of the Fanes-Senes-Braies nature park and the Puez-Odle. Finally, in autumn, the red and yellow leaves begin to fall while in the woods of Val Badia the larch foliage is a sight not to be missed. Autumn in the Dolomites is also the season of love for deer, cattle return from the pastures, on the hiking trails reigns the loneliness and the enrosadira in the Pale Mountains becomes particularly bright.
