It affords views stretching from Bolzano to Merano, from Renon to Sciliar and from Latemar in the south to Mendola and "Monte Macaion."

The Leimgruber family awaits you for a truly relaxing stay, a vacation for the whole family, young and old. The apartments are spacious, and with two bedrooms, and offer all modern conveniences.

The accommodation

The farm offers family hospitality in 3 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms.

The apartments are equipped as follows:
Refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with extractor hood and oven, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner (ideal for those with pollen allergies), coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg kettle, baby equipment, shoe rack, shower, bidet, toilet, hair dryer, safe, TV, central heating, electric shutters;
Of course, dishes, tea towels, towels and bed linen are also available.

Spruce Apartment
This 65 m2 nonsmoking apartment on the 1st floor has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room (with pull-out sofa), a hallway, and a bathroom. There is a private Hydrosoft infrared sauna for 1 or 2 people in the Mendel room. Our guests appreciate the evening sun in this apartment.

Apartment Mela
This 65 m2 non-smoking apartment, located on the 1st floor, has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room (with sofa bed) and a bathroom
. It is a particularly bright apartment with a good view and faces southeast.
It is equipped for 2-6 persons (pull-out sofa bed). Each room has access to a balcony (floor plan).

Sigmundskron Apartment
This 65 m2 non-smoking apartment, located on the ground floor, has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room (with sofa bed) and a bathroom. It is especially ideal for families with young children.
It is equipped for 2-6 people. Each room has access to the large terrace (floor plan).

Activities and surrounding

The farm is ideal for a vacation with children: it has a playground with a swing, slide, sandbox. Children can play soccer, chess, table tennis and table football, run with the turtle, jump on the trampoline, drive a pedal tractor ... and discover the farm's little friends, the rabbits, chickens and piglet.

In the center of the village Cornaiano, within walking distance, you will find a grocery store, a butcher store, a bakery, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, a bank, and several bars and restaurants.
