It owes its name to the large lime tree underneath the house, a tree that has been declared a protected monument.

It has a spacious living room, kitchenette, shower and toilet and two separate bedrooms (with a double bed and a bunk bed; it is possible to add another bed). There is a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the entire Isarco Valley.

Apartment Lärche (larch)

It bears this name in honor of the great larch behind the house.

The apartment is in the attic and enjoys a splendid view over the entire Isarco Valley, S. Andrea, Meluno and Plose. It has a living room with kitchenette, balcony, shower and toilet, two separate bedrooms. In summer, the morning sun gives a good morning.

It's named after the beautiful birch tree behind the house.
